Privacy Policy

We will use your contact details (your name, company, telephone and your email and postal addresses) to provide any services requested by you and also to tell you about important changes to the site and its functionality. These details will be used by Cavendish Bakery Limited ONLY.

General Terms of Business

All goods include VAT at the current rate where applicable.
Please note that prices and promotions may differ between our online shop, lunch vans and shops.
Goods can be ordered online and either delivered on a specified date or collected from our Cavendish Place shop on your chosen date.
Cavendish Bakery will do our best to deliver on specified dates and within any specified time slots but there may be occasions when this is not achievable. We will endeavour to contact you in this event.
It is your responsibility to make sure that we are able to deliver when specified. Should we be unable to make the delivery due to no one being at the address the order will need to be collected from 73 Cavendish Place, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN21 3RR.
Deliveries can only be made to local addresses. We use our own staff to deliver orders.
Any errors or problems must be notified to us within 24 hours of receipt.
Edible items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Products and prices may be subject to change without notice.
Should you wish to cancel an order Cavendish Bakery Limited reserve the right to charge an administration fee of £15. This applies to cancellations received before products have gone into production. Cancellations made when the product has gone into production will not be refunded due to food items being perishable.
The customer’s statuary rights are not affected by any statement.
English law applies to all transactions.
